Refund Policy


Cancellation and refunds are outlined in the contracts signed at the time of session booking. For those that purchase products al a cart from the Website the following terms and conditions apply:


Krystina Marie Photography & Design does not provide refunds of any kind, for any reason. At the discretion of the business, an exchange of digital files may be offered for qualifying clients. If you receive an exchange of a digital product that you have purchased, the refund shall immediately terminate all licenses granted you to use the material provided to you. You shall immediately cease using the material and shall destroy all copies of the images provided to you, including without limitation: photographs, video recordings, audio recordings, slide shows, and other resources.


To obtain an exchange, you must make a request within 48 hours of purchase. You may make your request by emailing info@krystinamariephotography.com.


In the event a refund is deemed necessary as per the contractual agreements, it may take 5-10 business days to process payments or deposits made. Depending on your financial institution, please allow an additional 2–10 business days for the refund credit to post to your bank or credit card account. All payments and deposits will be issued to the accounts from which they were received.
