FAQ
How long does it take to receive our galleries?
You should receive your private online proofing gallery 7-10 days after picture day. Your school's administration will also be notified when the galleries are delivered and will send you a reminder.
How do I order?
When you've entered your child's gallery, click on the shopping bag icon that pops up on the bottom corners of the photos you like. The gallery will prompt you to add it to your cart. When you use the check out, your photos will be sent in for editing and delivered to the email address you've provided.
How much does it cost?
Each photo you select is $20+taxes.
How long does editing take?
Once your order is placed the average editing time is 3-4 business days.
How are the photos are delivered?
For each photo that you select from your child's galleries, you will receive the high resolution digital file sent directly to the email address you've provided.
Do offer prints?
You will receive the high resolution digital files when you purchase a photo. Included is a full print release so you are able to create as many sizes and quantities at a printer that is local to you.
While not included in the fundraiser, the studio does have access to commercial printers and can provide a quote and shipping estimates for prints on the digitals you have purchased. Please inquire at info@krystinamariephotography.com.
How long do I have to order from the gallery?
You child's gallery will remain active for 2 weeks from the class delivery date.
What payment methods do you accept?
You can place your orders directly through your child's gallery by using a credit card.
If you would like to order and pay via e-transfer, please email the studio at
info@krystinamariephotography.com with the number of photos you would like. You will be sent an invoice to purchase credits to be redeemed in the gallery.
Do downloads expire?
The link to download the photos you have purchases will expire in 7 days from the time it was sent. Please ensure that you have received the photos and have stored them in a safe place.
There is a $5 service fee to resend download links after the 7 days.
Will the watermark be removed?
Yes. The watermark will be removed on all of the images that you choose to purchase.
What does an edited image look like?
The backgrounds will be extended, the angles of the photo will be evened through cropping, some minor photoshop will touch up any acne or blemishes.

I'm having difficulty downloading my photos. Please help!
Because the photos are high quality, it's often found that there may not be enough storage space available on phones. It's recommended to download the photos on a tablet, laptop, or PC. If you don't have access to one, let the studio know and files can be transferred via email.

That's me and my kids on the left. I run a busy little portrait studio out of my home in Middleton, NS. In 2018, I trained as a corporate volume photographer to be able to offer Picture Day in schools. When I'm not working in schools or in my studio, I use my art to help raise money for community projects. I help organizations such as the Rotary Club's Valley Faces of Business. A publication that raises money to build parks, offer scholarship programs, and so much more. I take great pride in giving back.
